our returns policy
We hope you never return anything! But in the unlikely event, please note:
- All returned goods purchased from Messenger Marketing or Publishing must be received within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in their original condition. That is, completely unused or unopened.
If a book is shrink wrapped, it must be returned completely wrapped.
Returned goods much include a proof of purchase.
The purchaser is responsible for postage and handling costs to return the items.
The purchase price will be refunded in the form of a cheque, direct deposit or via a credit to your credit card when available within 14 days from the day we receive them.
A member of the team will let you know once we have received the goods.
If the sale included an error by a member of our team, we will cover the postage and handling costs for return to us and the new product to yourselves.
We will gladly replace any book that has been damaged in transit.
our delivery commitment to you
Delivery time frames of our books is dependent on your location from us. However, we dispatch all products the following business day to when a payment is received (not made). Products are posted using standard Australia Post services. However, we do have a courier system for local (Sydney), state (NSW), national (Australia) and international deliveries. For standard postage, this will occur automatically. If you require varied delivery, including express post, please email us direct and we will arrange delivery schedules direct. With all sales we will contact you direct after the sale and confirm that the product has been dispatched. If you have not received the product in 3-10 business days (for all orders within Australia) or within 10-20 days (for all international orders) please contact us and we will arrange a new dispatch or postal search of your product. Large or valuable orders can be sent registered post. |
